Schools, companies, sports clubs and event organisers hire a coach with driver from Buszogeregeld.nl for groups of up to 90 people per bus. You pay one fixed price per bus, not per person, with driver, fuel and VAT included. Larger groups get several buses under one total price, and you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure.

School trips
The whole class or year group travels at once, with fixed departure times. The driver waits on location until you want to head back.
- Count teachers and chaperones in the number of people.
- Is the trip longer than two hours? Plan a break.
- Give the chaperones a name list per bus in advance.
Company outings and business travel
The whole team leaves together, for example from the office. Nobody has to drive, there are no parking costs or mileage claims, and everyone can have a drink afterwards.
Book in your company name, with your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number on the invoice. Regular business customers can apply to book on account. Travelling in May, June or December? Book well in advance.
Sports teams and supporters
Bags and equipment go in the luggage hold and the team arrives together and on time. For tournaments of several days, choose ‘Meerdere dagen’ (multiple days) in the form. The club gets one invoice.
Events, conferences and festivals
Bring guests from the hotel or station to your venue, such as RAI Amsterdam or the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Several trips on one day are possible: enter them under ‘Meerdere dagen’ in the form. Agree a fixed meeting point for the return.

Do you charge per person or per bus?
Per bus. The price you see is the total for the whole group, with driver, fuel and VAT included.
What if our group does not fit in one bus?
The largest bus seats up to 90 people. With a bigger group the calculator automatically suggests several buses, with one total price.
Does the bus wait during the day?
Yes. Choose a return trip and enter when your programme ends. Until then the bus waits, and the driver brings the whole group back together.
Can we travel abroad?
Yes, within Europe, for example a school trip to Paris or a club weekend in the Ardennes. For a trip of more than one day, choose ‘Meerdere dagen’ (multiple days) in the form.
Can companies pay by invoice?
You can book in your company name, with your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number on the invoice. Regular business customers can apply to book on account; we check your details first.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Up to and including 14 days before departure you cancel free of charge and get everything back. After that, cancelling costs 25% of the total price and you get back anything you paid above that. Within 3 days of departure there is no refund.
