How booking works
Enter where you leave from, where you are going, the date, your times and the number of people. The calculator shows every bus that fits your group, each with its total price. Pick one and book; you get a confirmation by email.
The price is fixed as soon as you calculate it. Email it to yourself and it stays valid for 7 days, so you can check with your colleagues or committee first.

The price you see is the total for the whole group, not per person. There are no extra lines for the driver or fuel added later.

Return-trip guarantee
On return trips and multi-day trips, the time and place of your return pick-up are in your confirmation. If the bus is not there 30 minutes after the agreed time, call us on 020 323 0500. Within 60 minutes of your call, replacement transport is on its way, at our cost.

How much does it cost to hire a coach with driver?
The price depends on the distance, how long the bus waits at your destination, the bus type and the day. For a short one-way trip, such as Amsterdam Centraal to Schiphol, a taxi van starts at €70, a minibus at €367 and a coach at €440. Fill in your trip and you see the total price straight away, with driver, fuel and VAT included.
Can I hire a bus without a driver?
No. Every bus comes with a professional driver; self-drive is not possible. The driver is always included in the price.
How and when do I pay?
Before you book, you see exactly what you pay and when. That is also in your confirmation. You pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Up to and including 14 days before departure you cancel free of charge and get everything back. After that, cancelling costs 25% of the total price and you get back anything you paid above that. Within 3 days of departure there is no refund.
What is the return-trip guarantee?
It is our promise for return trips and multi-day trips. If the bus is not at the agreed pick-up point 30 minutes after the agreed time, call us on 020 323 0500. Within 60 minutes of your call, replacement transport is on its way, at our cost. It is included as standard and costs nothing extra.
